The SPH-i500 features very compact clamshell form factor with the Graffiti area separated from the main display. It allows consumers to communicate with friends, family and business associates, by both voice, text, and data, and do so wirelessly. Ideal for consumers and business users alike, the SPH-i500 can serve as a fully portable all-in-one wireless Web terminal, as it has built-in communication applications, such as a WAP browser and supports various third-party Web browsers and email applications. In addition, the SPH-i500 has a built in gpsOne support, addressing consumers security and safety needs. The handset consists of a 65k color-capable TFT LCD screen, dual touch screen panels - both display and graffiti areas - Easy Text Input, voice activated dialing and voice memo, and 16 polyphonic sounds. It is a fully-fledged Palm PDA, compatible with all Palm applications.
